Priority Pass Customer’s Q&A
Priority Pass FAQs
About Prioritypass.com Payment Method?
Priority Pass accepts the following debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club. To settle outstanding fees on an account, if the card was received through Priority Pass and the account has been registered online, card details can be updated in the 'My Details' section. Receipts for Priority Pass membership fees can only be provided if the membership was purchased directly from Priority Pass. For lounge visit receipts, they may be available using the Priority Pass website 'My Visits' section. If they aren't available, contacting the lounge directly would be necessary. For members who receive Priority Pass as a benefit of their payment card, a request for pre-authorisation payment may be made against the eligible card. If a 'pre-authorisation' amount has not been returned, it is advised to check if the charge is from Prioritypass.com and not directly from the lounge. It is not possible for Priority Pass to refund any amounts that have been paid directly to the lounge.
